My fantasy pool is over and I once again find a void in my internet life, so its back to tetris. Its seem the hub has totally reset and is adding people slowly. Just the other day I noticed that I was at world rating 1 with 7655 points. Weird. Anyways Ive just recently surged up to 8011 mostly in push. It takes a long time to find an opponent but its my best percentage for a win.Dont think that i can challenge NOAH for 8400, thats insane. Maybe Ill troll for friendlies.See you online -Millartime

How High

I have been offline for awhile because Im no longer unemployed. In Mid June I started working for the first time since Tetris Ds had been released. Thus my tetris blog has suffered. It will continue to suffer as I just lost a my whole entry. This wont be as detailed as the one I just lost.Some family has recently come to visit and along with them came my cousins DS and Tetris DS. I wanted to see if I could make a run at a 10000 wifi rating. Yeah right. I am officially sick of it. First off it takes forever to get the 2 DS's to meet each other online and it keeps getting worse the higher 'How High' goes. The real kicker is how stingy the points get. I have been collecting wifi rating as poor rusty then trying to meet 'How High' (another DS in the same room) online. Right now How High is sitting at 8751. The last surge cam from a session of 100 push matches. poor rusty 7800 vs How High 8693. How high managed a measley 58 point gain on 100 wins...against a 7800 player! This shows me how hard it is to get anywhere near 10000. TGM Holic must be only gaining about 0.2 of a WIFI rating point per win against the other highest rated players who are online at that time. Man, like half a point for a 4 player win...or less. Wow. Anyways, Millar TC is back and Ive got some serious points to deliver. Good luck on meeting online.

So I have finally cracked that elusive 8000 barrier. With the help of no push freezes and mostly on loser players I have done it. I managed to go 100 - 0 on a 7400 player push style for the main surge. But questionable players with high ratings(like me now) yielded a bunch. I was praying for no push freeze. So now that Im here? Well I just want to sit pretty(as the top 10 tend to do). But I have to play!I know that Im not 8000 caliber player but I made it here, so for now Ill relish. I like playing standard 2 player but I lose far too much to maintain my present rating.I'm gonna dive back in so watch for me online, Ive got a bunch of points to dole out.Post Comment0 Comments

My world rating sure has suffered as of late.The last couple of days I have really dipped down for my standards. I think my lowest was aout 6800. Whenever I go sub 7300 I try to play more 4player. This mode is viscious when you lose. There was one game where I droppped 390 points! Eesh that hurts. Anyways Im back up to my usual 7500's now.During my online battles I played a player named Mrbond007. When I met him my score was about 7450 his was over 7800. I managed to play 16 matches going 14-2 against him.This put me over 7800. I now see that his rating is elite level 4 (7750-7999) again. I cant see how someone like this climbs up there. In my opinion this player was totally mediocre, which makes me wonder whats going on. I have also heard reports of a one Mr J who is also questionable. I know that Mr J is always near the top of the leaderboard, but I have not yet run into them. Knowing how grueling it is to get rating points above 7500 one has to question these players ratings. Is it a save that they have hacked where they can revert to a set 'high score' or are they legit? All I know is that I'll take the points if I face you. Its just frustrating not knowing your real tetris rank because of a bunch of hacks. Bring it on cheaters. Grrr.Friend code 000253 483214

So i eventually had to turn my DS off yielding about 80 points. I swear everytime i get up there i get a push freeze and its always a huge loss because its mostly lower rated players. I recently joined the tetris concept forum. Its pretty sweet. I look forward to some sweet friendlies in the future. I played my first friend match today. I played around 10 matches with TC_Pino. I like that when a friend is inviting you there is a flashing icon on the 'worldwide' screen. I also think its neat that there is a handicap too. I was reading Dimon's Blog about push. Its true, there isnt as many higher rated players. I often find myself against 4 and 5 k players. This is especially frustrating when i get a freeze....so many points. I only get the freeze in push, so weird. SoI'm gonna post my wifi record as of today. June 05/06.
Standard 2 player Battles 3766 Wins 2583
Standard 4 player Battles 709 1st Place 616 2nd 39
Push Battles 1685 Wins 1560
So as you can see i have the most sucess with push but i hat playing because of mentioned freeze. I would say that about 40 of my push losses are turn offs due to the freeze. -Millar out.
